The EUROSCHOOL MINIBASKET MINIBASKET FOR BUILT-IN is manufactured according to regulations and is designed to be installed on any type of outdoor surface.
Structure
It is basically composed of two square profiles of 100x100x3. The basket is buried 50 cm below the ground with a concrete footing. A laser-cut plate is welded to the structure to achieve the correct positioning of the basket.
The basket arm is attached to the foot, through a bolted joint, by means of a steel “U” that fastens to the foot on the three sides of the profile, thus allowing height adjustment and increasing the strength of the joint.
Frame stabilizing system
The basket frame is fully stabilized by two stiffeners made up of two telescopic tubes each, which join the profile of the structure with the frame and are adjusted to guarantee 100% straightness of the board, thus obtaining the desired perpendicularity of the game with respect to the ground.
Basket frame
The frame of the basket complies with the dimensions of 1200mm.x900mm, according to standards. It is attached to the basket arm by means of a bolted joint.
Two angle brackets are welded to the back of the frame to secure the frame so that the stiffeners can be screwed in.
In addition, the basket frame is fitted with a fully standardized hoop and net.
Materials:
The profiles, plates and hoop are made of S235 JR and S275 JR steel. Zinc-plated screws (Zn) Quality 8.8 The net is made of synthetic or natural fiber.
